Question - is that loop point under your bumper a rated recovery point or a tie down? I've been trying to find a rated point for a 75 troop carrier and I don't think anyone in the world makes one.

Not for troop carriers! Same story all over the world. ("excludes troop carrier" on every one I find.) They talked about maybe altering the one they sell so that it would fit.
