Has anyone set up their Sniper system with an electronic dizzy? Most of the electronic distributor conversions I have seen use a GM HEI. Does the Sniper setup work with HEI?

FWIW Holley sells a small cap computer controlled distributor. I have it on my Chevelle with the Terminator system and it works well, but it is spendy

Curious why the 4 barrel and others are doing the 2 barrel?

The 2 barrel supports a lot of power, 350hp I think, so the 4 barrel would be excessive. I am using the chevy 2 barrel tbi on an old 350, should be perfect, was made for that size engine. So 5.7 liters, a lot bigger than 4.2 on the 2f. That's my take on it anyway.

Ah! got it. He must of got the complete kit hence the bigger box. The 2 barrel without the kit comes in a smaller box with no pictures on it. All clear now.

My first measurements had me at 14.7 mpg city. Not enough highway miles to measure yet.

Decent mileage. I bet the real improvement is how responsive the motor is? And piece of mind on jetting for Mtns or Desert terrain as well! Do you know if it is possible to run the Sniper with the stock air filter and housing? I like the stock look. Thanks.
