Well, more progress ! Been an good day ! 
Fab up some front bump stop bracket's, weld 'em up, sway Brkt's also, and all painted, and shock's FINALLY on ! 
Good for now, just gotta find some better brk hose's.. Rear shocks also on for good..

Now, " BUMPER TIME " ( Insert MC Hammer baggie pants, haha )
Nice to get some time on my bender, haven't really played with it too much, so.. well, I scraped a bit of pipe to get what I wanted.
But thats how you learn right. Started with the main hoop, did a few to figure out my math.
All of this to end up with my second one.. then started to see what I wanted as far as width, etc..
Sacrificed a brake tube to see what hoop design I wanted..
Now i see what direction I want go , pulled out a few more tool's I have had for awhile now. Funny thing is last week I almost posted they where junk, low and behold they saved my arse here.
Made the job easier and my tightest joint's yet !
Started bending, pulled out some light's to help me place stuff.
Stay tuned, more porn after these messages,..( beer break )

UMMM, Beer good...
After a few more bend's, I am kinda here with this. I'm pretty happy with it, gonna look at it some, then I'll pop some gussets and finish if off.

Got the bumper welded up, some gussets installed, winch mounted, wheels on, and back on the ground....

Buttoned up a lot of small stuff, relocated some stuff that was in the shocks real estate, double checked oil levels, haha.
Tomorrow is a shakedown run, ready or not.....

hey petey, way to get after it dude! i, as a rule, don't really like plate bumpers, but this one sure tickles my fancy. i believe part of the reason is i won't drink the arb/knockoff kool-aid n this one shows thought put into the design rather than just blindly following what others have done.
