Great ideas man! That winch bumper design! Honestly, there are some really good innovative solutions Ive never seen on a cruiser. I also love the integrated sliders. Im also really glad you choose a stock color to blend all that custom work and make it all that much more confusing to the untrained eye. I just have 1 request, anything but the fake carbon on the dash, everything is awesome but that stuff is rice. Im trying as hard as I can to see that incorporated into the general theme you got but it doesn't blend in.

Again, awesome work!

Thanks man, I'm trying my best, hihi, the carbon was some stuff I had leftover from a custom sled build and just used it to cover a mistake I made when I painted the interior. I used the wrong brown and it is gross honestly, to me anyway. Sometimes you just gotta try stuff to come to another idea. It might not stay there as I might do a complete dash sometime, but for know I am just trying to get it finally on the road, it's been too long.

:bang:

Anyway I thank you for your honesty, I love hearing opinion's from other, makes the brain work !

Thanks for taking the comment constructively. It's hard to convey constructive criticism on message boards without it seeming like an attack, and in no way was this an attack, in fact this is far and away one of the most creative 60's ive ever seen. Definitely tuned in to see what you come up with next on this.

Some of the tool's I run with for my dent fixing, not all but some .( For your viewing pleasure during these boring times ) 💩
These will fit nicely in there..

Yeah this build is great. It's a good excuse for tubbing when it's all gotta come off for rust repair. Hard to justify on a clean rig.

A little update and progress... :bounce2: Got the call to pick up my rear bench seat, asked him to match ( if possible ) my front corbeau seats.
Very happy with this..

On the way to pick it up I stopped at another friends shop who makes truck box's and body's to fix a dent and saw this beauty and noticed some of the latches on there and scored some for my storage box's.. :bounce2:

Do you have a link to these latches, or the correct name that I can search by?

Very true, also working on my friend's clean 62 that I sold him, and we are not making the same decision's..

Also my shocks came in, but of coarse with the wrong pin mounts ! :bang:

You're gonna love those shocks.

Hope you are right ! They are sexy as hell, ha. I was following @Hojack thread where you guys were talking about them and went with his info.
Pretty excited, can't wait to test run !!

Just went through the whole thread and gotta say I’m amazed that such a rusty example of a 60 could turn out to be as good as this one well done

Thank you very much.

Yeah, @boots4 paved the way for the 7100s. I resisted for a long while with the 5125s, but finally caved

hey pete, let's see the other side of the storage dealie, or the whole flangin' thing. curious about the spacing on what i believe to be slider cleats. beast is lookin' titties by the way 👍
