Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

Yeah, turns out first 3 owners were all the same. Just registered in different states.
Im the third owner of my 2015. First was a lease. Second owner bought it CPO. Im the third owner. If I sell tomorrow, it would be a 4 owner rig.

In other vehicles, 5 owners might imply a quality issue, like electrical gremlins. Im not worried about those with the 200. The only thing that can kill these rigs are rust or a wreck.

Looking at Autotrader this morning it seems pricing is softening based on several listings lowering their ask price. Coincidence of the tundra and sequoia coming on line and lx600 hitting stores or has the market peaked ?

Not sure about the LC market specifically, but auto auction demand/prices are down.

Don’t discount a Toyota dealer’s ability to royally **** them up too!

FYI - I spoke to multiple dealers in the PNW and they assured me that the Sequoia would have a mark-up on it. The only way I see dealers/prices going down is if there is a sustained drop for longer than a month.

I would not pay these crazy asking prices on a used LX570, when just for a little more (relatively) you can get an LX600 at MSRP.

Definitely with the Tundra out and LX600 starting to roll into dealers, pricing should soften. I also think used inventory is starting to build overall, but not for the LX570.

I am hoping and praying that the supply chain BS will wind down. I need to get my son his first vehicle and pricing on all used cars is just nuts.

From what I have seen more than a few LX600's have markups.

Finally joined the 200 family today!

Picked up a 2008 with 253,000 miles on the body (59,000 on the motor). Second owner (who was neighbors with the first owner), dealer maintained, and it was used to commute about 90 miles each way hence the high mileage.

It previously had a blown headgasket (likely due a radiator failure) and when it blew a second headgasket the owner decided to put a new motor in instead of replacing the headgasket again.

Overall I’d say it’s in good condition. Interior is in very good shape and just needs two missing seat heater knobs. Exterior is in fair condition. Paint is great, it needs a grill, a bumper skin (nonissue since I will likely do an ARB) and it could use some time with the paintless dent removal guy.

Ended up picking it up for $18,500 which seemed very fair in the current market.

Ha, I think I am going to keep this one for a bit! Excited to get it cleaned up and ready for the next 250k!

I picked up a 2014 LC200 with 41k miles and I think it’s a $60/$65k truck in this market depending on sales location.
Hard to know what's going to happen with prices in general and especially with the 200. I'm not in a rush and am hoping that with the new sequoia we see a drop but who knows.

Bonus for me is that this one is located close to my in laws so wouldn't have to deal with shipping, etc

Haven't had a chance to actually talk to them yet as I've been working nights but If they'll let it go for the 56-7k will probably go ahead with it

I think $56k is a good buy for that rig if there isn’t any surface rust.

It will be interesting to see how much this '20 with 35K miles goes for. It's already at $75k and still has 5 days to go. It is relatively clean for a 2020 and bone stock so we won't have to wonder how much the mods influenced the selling price:

Paid $74k last week for a clean one-owner 2016 with 42,000 miles on it, plus another $1k to get it from Southern California to Colorado, where $74k actually seems like a deal. Do I wish I paid MSRP for a new one 2 years ago? Sure do. Can't win them all and after a couple 100s and I'm excited for our first 200.

Evening Mudders.

I have a friend who is looking to sell a 2018 LX570 with 48k on it.
Two owner
Accident-free, Luxury pkg, Mark Levinson audio, Dual Rear Seat Ent, HUD, 21s and a roof rack for 67-69K?
I would appreciate your thoughts. We had a 100 Series for 12 years that the wife LOVED!!
Would very much like to get back into one.
Thanks in advance!
