Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

Evening Mudders.

I have a friend who is looking to sell a 2018 LX570 with 48k on it.
Two owner
Accident-free, Luxury pkg, Mark Levinson audio, Dual Rear Seat Ent, HUD, 21s and a roof rack for 67-69K?
I would appreciate your thoughts. We had a 100 Series for 12 years that the wife LOVED!!
Would very much like to get back into one.
Thanks in advance!
Very fair price in the current market.

It will be interesting to see how much this '20 with 35K miles goes for. It's already at $75k and still has 5 days to go. It is relatively clean for a 2020 and bone stock so we won't have to wonder how much the mods influenced the selling price:

Auction ended. Bid to 80,001.

didn't sell, didn't meet the reserve

I do think Cars & Bids is the most hyped market right now for modern Land Cruisers, so $84k (including fees) is probably a pretty accurate number for what one could expect for that truck.

Bought my first LX570 today.

$24,400 - 2008 LX570 (White on Gray)

- 157k miles
- 1-owner (TN)
- Serviced every 5k miles (At the same Lexus dealer each time with no declined services!!)
- Zero rust
- Immaculate interior with no rips/stains
- Slightly foggy headlights
- 22" Black Rhino Wheels that I'll quickly sell & replace with 18" Tundra BBS TRD Pro takeoffs

It does need the updated radiator, water pump, etc....

Now the fun begins...

Had a GX460 for last 3 years after having no luck at that time in finding a nice LX for a decent price. In February Vroom gave me what I’d paid for the GX after I put 30K more miles on it.

Went looking for low mile LX570s but by the time I’d call they were already sold. Started calling early in mornings and found a 1-owner, clean carfax, fully optioned (dvd, extended leather) LX570 with 21K verified miles, documented routine maintenance, and all factory paint. Appears to have been owned by grandparents who drove it to church and the grocery store because the seats don’t even have creases in the leather. They traded it in on a new Mercedes. I paid $51K for it and $500 to transport it.

Felt like for what I got, selling and buying, it was a good deal in this market.

Congrats! What year was the LX with 21k miles you got for $51k?

Guess I forgot that part…2014 model year.

But it looks like 18 months old at most:

I wouldn't be surprised if we see $7 here in CA. I'll drive my Prius a bit more, work pays me $50 extra week to drive it. That covers a weeks worth of gas so far.
Our Tesla isn't very far off the gas prices with how high electricity is currently (and we charge it after midnight)

Wow - what a different world you live in, lol.

No offense intended of course; just acknowledging that’s a pretty out-of-place situation posted among a bunch of off-roaders 😂.

No offense taken about my zip code, I 100% agree, and I'm an off roader

I picked up my first LX about a month ago from a private seller in the SF Bay area.

$36,000 for a 2008 LX570 with 85K miles, solid service history at the local Lexus dealership, no rust, and great interior with minor wear (no rips/tears). The drive back to Montana was a good test of the general health of the vehicle and I arrived without a complaint.

Here she is, at home and fully stock.

I just bought a 2011 LX570, pretty sure I overpaid for 3-5k but it’s a one owner corporate owned with excellent service history at Lexus. 164k miles.

But it’s a damn clean truck with 164k miles. Lexus even replaced the whole interior carpet assemblies because a “red” stain couldn’t come out. (Assuming it’s wine, not blood :))

Wow. All of a sudden there are 20 trucks here on sale and or not moving. Looks like high gas prices are impacting values. Could be a good buying opportunity…

It'll take at least another 3-4 months of high gas prices for dealers to go down, cheaper ones are already appearing on Craigslist!
