Great news Jonny, it's nice when it's something simple. Also nice that you've got a good baseline with the shop inspecting the pump and making some calibrations. You should get a small little notebook, you know one with flowers or a princess on it 
, and write down any and all modifications/adjustments done to the IP and keep it in the rig. Add a line to each entry on results and you'll quickly make correlations on how adjustments affect engine performance. I'd start one with this info that you've posted here. I bet Moonshine is going to jump right to life.

Thanks guys! We're not quite there yet, but at least we're much closer.

Good idea Mike! You've been doing this with yours, correct? Not only will that allow me to keep track of modifications, but it could also serve as a fuel log. Good idea man, I'm going to do that right away, maybe without the flowers though

I did this in a note on my note ( Samsung Galaxy Note ) and keep with dates .. it helps a lot to me, keep on it track of my mileage, oil press and temps along the same oil period .. etc .. yeah .. I know kinda crazy ..

I'm going to start doing the same thing. It's not crazy, not as crazy as thinking you can do an entire drivetrain replacement in a weekend
No Moab '13, need to cool the spending jets for a while. Moonshine will never be 'done' ;p

I had this tranny behind a big block chevy
Seriously though, the H55 I'm selling you is a 10 spline input H55 from Australia that came behind either a 2F or 2H. I used it with a 3F bellhousing behind my 2F from 2009 until December 7th 2012. Unknown miles on the transmission, very recently rebuilt transfer case.

Unfortunately no Christmas trip for Moonshine. The Jetta will be bringing us up to NY. Gonna have a bunch of little things to finish up on Moonshine before she's ready for a long trip.
