Had a few sheets of kilmat laying around, ordered a lot more, going to cover inside the doors and behind the plastics in the rear.

Hdj80 radiator, should be here today, friday the shroud should be here with radiator hoses.

Oilpan, and dipstick should arrive fridag as well.

Waiting on the H152f, and a big order from Dave 4x4 Japan, and PDI front mount intercooler.

Fingers crossed shes on the road in three to four weeks.

Oh man, I got had on this one then. I did find the part while searching at my local dealership but didn't trust it because its diesel specific. Live and learn I reckon.

Looking at my gallery I started tearing down the lx450 June 15th, my original goal was to have it done in a year. Things have escalated quickly.

Just some install thoughts on your PDI intercooler. I put pinch molding around the holes you cut in the front apron. My silicone elbow that leads to the pipe before the intake manifold initially rubbed on my hood and against my power steering reservoir. Just things to watch for.

These are great references, what about the ac dryer and dryer lines? In every video it looks like a mess. Anything special you have to do to get the piping to fit around it?

Just some gentle bending, I also put some additional silicone hose cut pieces between dryer lines and intercooler pipe. But if you are not in a time crunch, relocating your dryer is probably best solution.

Great intel. HDJ80 shroud just arrived for me yesterday but I haven’t overlaid them yet.

That’s a nice shipment you’ve got there, you’ll have to share thoughts on the PDI setup.

On the exhaust side of things, I went with PPD full stainless with muffler. Shipped to the Midwestern US from Down Unda, the total was $1068 USD. Couldn’t beat that for a pre-fabbed system.

Headed to summit racing today to pickup some NiCopp 12mm lines.

Everything is disconnected from the motor except exhaust, and AC. IM BEAT today.

Going to shoot for the rest tomorrow.

Not following a TSM for this one, seems similar to a 1fz-fe pull tbh.

Transfer case shifter assembly is a bitch to get to, two bolts are nearly impossible, even from the top.

Ill probably have to drop the transfer case down a bit or just try and leave it and shimmy it out. Id rather take it off tbh.

This thing has almost zero leaks under it, i believe it may have a leak from the powersteering pump, but thats it, dry as a bone everywhere else.

My newest goal, is i want to drive the LX450/FTE to cruiserfest September 5th/6th.

Ain't nothing but a thang.

Eh everyone has their own busy bull**** that gets in the way. Just do what you can, when you can.

I know myself, and if I dont finish something quick I tend to fizzle out and it gets shifted to the back burner.

Trying my best to avoid that, plus my LX was my daily. That adds motivation lol
