That was on a D60.

For a brief recap, I'm limited to mounting behind the 80 axle, with very little room for a ram to parallel the tie rod.

High steer isn't an option, with my configuration.

Now that's what I'm talking about, details please. Stock steering box? Ram manufacture and ram length? Steering cooler....etc.

Yes running stock steering box. Ram is from Surplus Center 1.5x10 part # 9-7258-10. I got all fittings and hoses from them as well. Mount for the axle is a Dana 60 hydro assist mount 6.25 length I believe. Got that off ebay. No steering cooler. Going to add a bigger reservoir.

How long you been running this set up? Any over heating issues? Most importantly how do you like it and can it keep up with street driving?

Looks like there's a mount off the housing. Put a lot of stress on the third.

Clean. Wish mine were that easy. I'm not unhappy with the tie rod behind the axle, but will have to do hi steer to add the ram.

Just recently installed.Still in the testing phase. I like it and drives fine on the street. Feels no different.

No I sent it to West Texas for a rebuild and porting. But now after 5 months it is leaking again. Not happy about that. Not sure if they even changed the seal.

How much movement have you noticed in the tie rod?

Better yet, if convenient, it'd be of great help before redoing my entire front end, at full lock does the ram or and attachment contact the rear of the housing?

Yeah I will. It sucks though because it's wheeling season.

I don't think they have a 10" ram.

Yeah they will stand behind it. If anyone there says other wise tell them that thelakerat said so.
They have a 10" ran but not in 1.5 diameter.
And the ram you have will have alot more power pushing that it will pulling but you may never notice.
