Hmmm. Reno to Stockton is 3 hours one way, so 6 round trip x2, and wife will need to follow me in a separate vehicle. How long will you need the 100 for?

With enough interest in the new, smaller aux tank (likely around 20 gallons) we can have a tank in your hands by Summer.

That's awesome to hear. I'd better start skimming my kids' allowance then.

If it comes back with a Harrop Elocker or two that may help! :grinpimp:

Well, best case would be a day or two.... But we could likely make do with a couple of hours.

I may be crazy, but I'm not stoopid! :)

Seriously...Cut me a deal on pulling the rear 3rd/front diff and I'll pay for the Elockers and some cryo'd 4:88 gears and install by ZUK.

Call Georg at Valley Hybrids for that mechanical stuff. I do computers and stuff - he and the crew do real work. :)

Well I would really like a 20-24 gal aux tank by hunting season (august) so if no one else local can offer up their 03+ 100 series I may have to take a road trip to Stockton.

If your diffs get pulled and it takes Zuk a week or ten days to get the diffs set up (what with shipping and all), where are you and the family going to hang?

No promises, but I am pretty sure we could get you hooked up by then...

We'll drop it off, head back home and pick it up a few weeks later. Again, if someone closer can spare their 100 series great, but if not I can help.

Interested in a replacement tank. Will the 40G replacement work with an 05 with the charcoal canister in the rear?
The replacement works fine, it is the aux tank in 2003+ that is a no-go until we redesign. We can take an order for the replacement and get it hear early April.

Does the replacement tank interfere with any belly skid plates?

Depends on the skids and the tank, but some modification of plates/mounts likely required.

Thanks, but we need a 2003 or later with the charcoal can on the rear cross-member. The issue we are solving for is can clearance for the newer rigs. We HOPE to have a 100 aux tank by sometime this Summer. To get on the Wait List, go to this link and give us your info Request a Quote -

Thank you for your interest and support!

PS We do not sell tanks at retail to California residents, nor do we ship to California destinations due to CA regulations. Please call if you have questions on this policy - thanks!

@wardharris Are you guys going to be at Overland Expo West? I definitely want one of your offerings, but would like to see them installed on a rig to help decision on replacing main or going with aux. If the existing Aux doesn't change my departure angle(Slee rear bumper, no spare underneath and no receiver hitch) then that is the likely choice, but if it does then I need either a 20-25 gal aux or a 40 gal main

Sorry, but we will not be at OE West - we are doing long days to get the tank business launched and it just didn't fit. Best case is we make it to OE East. I know that doesn't meet your needs, but the larger issue is that we don't have a customer rig handy with a replacement main on hand. We sold one to a shop for client install last month and one to a client shop for install today (arriving April 1) but that is a Texas truck.

Suggest you post up a request here for a personal look-see or photos.

The other thing is there really is no current aux tank except for the 40 gallon tank that does not work on 2003 and after models.

Once we get the new 20-24 gallon aux tank engineered and in production, we will use that base to offer a new 40 gallon tank that accommodates charcoal can so we can suit all US spec 100 Series with either of two aux tanks (40 and 20 +/- gallons) that clear the charcoal can. At that point, the "old" 40 gallon tank for early 100s will be retired.

Thanks for the quick reply! ...I have a 99 so the charcoal canister isn't an issue for me. May just decide on your existing 40 gal main due to how well it should do(being low and in the middle vs extra weight out back)....but a 24 gal aux that tucks up nicely/not effecting clearance, gives me 9 extra gallons versus the 40gal main alone...hmmm...decisions! Haha
