Does the Lexus version of the 200 land cruiser have this same system?

Not in the US. It has "AHC" adjustable height suspension that can actively change height and damping characteristics. No KDSS valve to rust, though a handful of people have had corrosion issues with a hydraulic hose above the rear frame crossmember that houses the spring buckets.
 
Brought to a old timer shop I’ve used before and Torch Heat and oil did it for him. (Didn’t work for me). He hit it several times he said. But they broke Free. I’ve balanced it out as best I can and the fronts sit at 36 5/8 but the rear passenger side is 5/8” higher @ 38 3/4” then driver side rear…. I’m calling that good for now. Check it later this summer after a few miles. These tires used to look big in there now they look kind of small. 0 lift springs panned out an inch or two from what the old ones were at. Thanks for the encouragement guys. I was ready to hammer and chisel those valves, had to stop myself and step back.
