@Jasonredwood Your 60 and mine are twins almost. I just put 2" Dobinson suspension on mine and couldn't be happier.

interesting because last night I was thinking about Dobinson... hmmmmm.
Who did you buy it through.
I researched them for my 4th gen 4runner and everything I read was great. I just havent heard much for the fj60's.
Do you mind if I ask what you paid for the kit to your house?

I bought it direct from Dobinson USA, ask for Mike. The whole kit was about $1200.

Added more storage and a sleeping/changing room to the 60 recently.

Well... I picked up a trailer
Venturcraft Trailblazer. Matched the tires and wheels to the fj60. Have some cleaning up and paint to do but it’s an awesome little tent trailer. 2nd one of this kind I’ve owned.

Bringing the thread up to date...
Pulled the Charcoal Canister and cleaned it out per other threads I read. I did notice a difference in air flow but the fuel system was still pressurizing so I just switched the two hose on top of the canister. Alleviated all pressure. OEM gas cap is on its way.

Installed a 2" Tough Dog suspension kit. Love the ride and stance. Disclaimer, the spare tire and hoist are not present in the after shot.

Noticed that the Tie-rod ends were loosey goosey so I put in an order with Cruiser Corps.
Just need to make the time to replace them.

What'd you do to clean it? I had spraying carb cleaner into the ports with check valve and using a mix of vacuum and compressed air to cycle and now it works as designed again.

I used WD40 combined with a compresser. Looking back I was in a rush and could have spent more time with it. I'll give it another go before I swap out for the autozone unit. The pressure was getting bad in the heat we had the other week. Fuel was puking out of the filler. The fumes that were filling the cab, combined with the heat, actually started melting a plastic to-go cup sitting in the center console.

Have to say -I like the previous stance.

It was nice but the ride was harsh and would have been horrible offroad. This truck is going to see more and more offroad time with the fam, had to be updated.
