Well, I have no recollection of where I bought it.
I'm not a harbor freight fanboy, but these look like they should work and are large enough (1/2" drive).

Seriously though, are you bringing them individual components or the entire assembled short block + head? THoff I assume?
After dropping it off, prepare to wait a month or more.
I would recommend having them assemble the bottom end after cleaning everything up.
Mic the main caps and find out if they’re competent to do an align bore. Not align hone, but bore.
My policy on parts is this: if you don’t go into a restaurant with your own eggs and ask the chef to cook them, don’t plan on taking your own parts to the machine shop. You need to negotiate the terms of engagement, and you need to remain flexible...and communicate.
Chances are after a very brief inquiry on their part, they will be happy for your assistance. F135 parts are scarce.
Mother f***er...the slotted bit I ordered is too large. Smaller one arrives Friday.
