Ok, now this is interesting. Is this as common swap? Geo metro I mean. Never heard of this before on an FJ40 but in terms of LC's I'm a newb. The metros had different engines and different body styles which had different valves. Some had rear disc. All had front disc. Seems you have 4 wheel disc. What did you use for the MC? The OEM prop valve is designed for rear drum. What do you have now?
I’ve read about it here years back as an option to use the booster and MC so it would clear the firewall rib in the early fj40s. This is only an issue if running the original f135 engine and carb setup. It’s not working for me but I think a lot of the old conversions were with drums and I’m all discs.

Dug this out of my stash of treasures…just need to find an oem pushrod (can’t believe I don’t have one since I kept everything I unbolt) and a couple m10x1.0 MC port plugs (this MC has 4 ports but I only need 2).

Usually the push rod is part of the booster.

I believe for your master these 2 should be plugged. It would not impact the master cylinder at all.

There are two other ports on the bottom like the pic you showed above (which are not m10x1.0 like the side brake line ports). Those two ports you have circled are bleeder screws. @65swb45 - I got this MC and adapter from you years ago - what ports should I plug and which ones should i use for the lines?

Yes, but I won't be using a booster with this MC. I'll have to dig through my parts to see if I kept the original single circuit MC and pushrod.

I think the clutch master uses a fixed adjustment rod too. I think it's held in place by a C clip.

The sides are for the brake lines; the bottom are for the sensors.
