Our LC is a year old, 25K miles, always garaged and the seats are cleaned and conditioned regularly. I weigh 190 lbs and the misses is 115 lbs dripping wet so we aren't exactly crushing the seats lol. The truck isn't lifted either so we aren't sliding out of them either. I don't know why I held out hope for better wear on these but they look as sad as those in our LX did after two years. I know the wear isn't exactly awful but the bolstered areas don't hold up. One day they will likely be replaced with Scheelman's but I do wish they held up better.

I was told you need to get out of the seat using the grab handle to lift your self out of the truck and that way you won't slide off the seat getting out.

Lol, I’m not altering entry and exit for the sake of subpar seat wear. I’ll continue to condition them and then they will get replaced with better seats when they look like crap.

Here's the video that shows all the color swatches from lseats.com against our 2009 LX570. Hope it's helpful for you all!

Great video! Thanks for posting that will definitely be helpful as all of our leathers will likely need replacement before our drivetrains!

Seems like your existing leather looks great, I’m jealous, mine started like that and then quickly deteriorated (missing big chunk) after sweaty legs and sun beat it up over the next twelve months or so.

I’ll need to order some samples like you did to see how close that dark grey is to my 2009 grey interior.

Btw in the comments of the video someone noticed the perforation pattern was different…. I didn’t notice any difference from the video

They give you the color swatches for free, you just pay a couple bucks for shipping. Definitely worth getting them to make sure your color choice is correct. Here's the direct link: Leather Swatch Sample - https://www.lseat.com/products/leather-swatch-sample.html

Also, on the factory leather, the way I always keep ours looking great has been vacuuming the seats regularly (at least once a week), and cleaning them well with leather cleaner at least twice a year. And then always using a top coat. Definitely don't forget the top coat. I try new stuff all the time, but my favorite is still McKees37.

Suit yourself, I'm just trying to teach you something.

Wahoo!!! Just got the UPS tracking number from the LSEAT.com folks!

Please post your progress... I'm trying to order a full set, but I'm reading mixed reviews.
Absolutely! I'll do a full writeup and in my typical fashion there will probably be step by step videos of the entire process added to my youtube channel

Nice!
I will be ordering a set based on your review and recommendation!
Please document as much detail as possible for newbies like me. :)
Documentation overload, coming soon to a IH8MUD thread near you! :)

The pocket in the 3rd row is for that middle headrest. if yours is where it’s supposed to be unzip that zipper on the driver side 3rd row seat back.

Ah, that makes sense! I think I looked at that once when we bought the LX570 and never unzipped that pocket again after that.

I was surprised to find mine in there, after reading about it on forum.

Kind of like the button on velvet feeling head rest cushions that came with my wife's X7. Totally pointless for us, and they'll stay in the bag they came in until we sell the X7. Maybe someone will find them useful.

Outstanding video and I don't know how you unpack that thing with only one hand! :D
Can't wait to see you in action.

How's the actual leather quality compare to the OEM?
