LC100 headers install and tcase regear

Bummer that these don’t work with 06/07 VVTI engines, I’ve been looking for options on headers that last longest and DT is obviously hard to come by now. Thanks for the how-to guide/writeup though, it was very helpful to mentally plan.

It's missing the secondary air injection lines if you really want them you can delete that system.
