Mark,

Thanks for the picture. I'm going to pass on that part as I think I need to build an entire custom drive shaft assembly from the center PTO back.

Please ship out the 16 spline PTO to Texas when you have a chance.

Thanks
Ernie

Mark,

Apologies up front on the hijack at the end of your post which you made a double sale.
;)

I am in a critical need for a 8 spoke Jackman wagon wheel with this exact spoke design. Some are similar

with a thicker ring at the end as it approached the tire, but that is not what I need/want. If you ever come across please hold it and I'll buy it.

Thanks as always
Ernie

Try reaching out to @calico kid. He had some on his piggy, and I may have hooked him up with a spare. Also I remember @Downey was on the hunt for some a dozen years ago. Don't remember what happened with that adventure tho.

Digging around in that cavern, I found another 3speed PTO that is complete with the levers from the firetruck...and the red firetruck knob with Japanese writing on it. $500. Pics to follow.

If you ever come across a 19 spline version for a 5 speed, I'll be a buyer.

Thanks
Ernie

Found another one.

I know this is a super old thread, but it doesn't look like anyone ever took you up on the offer. If you still have this, I might be interested. Are you saying it is a PTO for the 3 speed transmission- 10 spline? Or is it a 3 speed rear PTO? I need the 16 spline that would mate with the output shaft from the H42 4speed (1974 FJ55). LMK if it is available and would be compatible. Or if you have come across another one that would be compatible, though getting a complete assembly would be great.

I believe that I still have one unit left, but don’t remember which one. You can give me a call on Wednesday when I’m back at the shop. Answering machine is off until then.

I do have this.

I do have this.
I’m still interested. I thought I’d be going to Oxnard for work sooner and could connect, but looks like I should be heading there in August and hope to stop by your shop. Saved your phone number and will call when I know my itinerary.

Hey Mark (or anyone that might know about needle bearings),

Thanks for meeting me late on Thursday so I could pick up that PTO. Quick question- taking the PTO out of the box, all the needle bearings fell out. I count 36 when putting it back together, but that leaves some gaps. Do you know how many there are supposed to be and if there are supposed to be gaps? It spins fine with the gaps, but I'm just not sure if I am missing any. Can't find any documentation about this PTO that would clue me in.

Any insight appreciated and loved seeing your shop. Lots of history there, I bet.
