Surprisingly the per square foot to build is high as everyone but the taxes are super low.

good to have dads like that, I borrowed my dads nissan cause mine was in the shop, blew up the first day, took it back with a re manufactured motor, he was pissed, i said you taught me to bring things back better than you got them, he said, dads don't count. Pass it on
 
prices are crazy, thinking of building on family farm,builder says 2000-3000k sq ft, 1 million. Hmm how many $5000 55s could i have for that?
 
We were talking to an architect and after 3 meetings with my wife they were talking $400+/ft2 without the dirt. Glad we found the one we bought. Saved us at least $1M and came with a nice shop. We bought it last May so that was maybe before people knew which direction house prices were going to head. Timing is everything.
 
Stuff here is in the stratosphere, random crap houses going for 200-500 over ask, insanity.
