Silly question. The price on the website does not include shipping right?

Thanks for posting a pic of my 100, install was strait forward. My buddy and I are impressed with all the tight tolerances and how well it fits. I am not tech savvy but could imagine where to start designing a product from scratch. Will add some more pics when I have the turn signals added. Here is one of how clean and hidden the winch fits.

Uggg. I was debating on this bumper and the Dissent. Had put down money on the Dissent but every time I see pictures of this bumper I really like it!

Has anyone actually done some winch pulls from the steel plate? Is this a tried and tested means of running a winch when not connect to the rest of the bumper? Should there be any reason to worry?

I haven't but plan to soon, the way it mounts is very similar to past steel bumpers I had on past 4runners and Jeeps just not connected to the bumper. If I remember correctly it has 6 mounting points or bolts which is more then I had on my jeep with the same winch and I think for my Shrockworks bumper on my 4runner. If you look at the winch plate it reminds me of the hidden winch mounts you can buy for Tacomas or 4runners when you want to retain your factory bumper.

I sure would like to find out. I cut off the OEM brackets on my truck during the prototyping stage (subsequently changed to "no cut" design). So I can't put the factory bumper back on mine to test.

I'll see if any locals might have a Saturday off to come by and try it.

I can tell you, this tray puts the base of the winch 1" above the bottom surface of the frame rail and pretty far back under the grill. So, I'm not sure where the fairlead might land/interfere with the stock steel channel?

Will update when possible.

I have a 2004 LX470 and am in PHX. Is it good for the test?

These bumpers look amazing! Well done. I love saving the weight for something else too. It's now on my list.

Just FYI RTV the turn signals to water seal them. Both are not from factory. I can't get a set to stay sealed from water on my ARB without doing it first. I have been through about 6 sets.
