Your right Mike, the worst thing is that he lied and made up elaborate stories. It would have been better had he just told the truth.

Actually, I agree with Butch, having you on our side in a fight is an advantage. I certainaly would not try and out drink you either cause I know who would lose. Besides I would probably wake up with Tattoo's knowing you! :D

for fawks sakes,im down to go up there and confront this friggin guy.its been 2 people he screwed that i know personally and im gettin sick of it.seriously ive had enough and something needs to be done.it seems to me that the way he sweet talks people that he could probably weasel his way out of court or any kind of trouble with words.seems to me that someone like me that he doesnt know should just go up there and lay it on the line and if he gets smart the old kick in the teeth trick should straighten it out for old mr. napier.

He is a skinny guy, you might just be able to take him. I know Ige could take him in one punch. BUT I think your getting a little carried away.

Let Mike call the shots, and if he wants backup, he will have a lot of us.

Thanks for the offer Shawn but I have Avaya and Denver Fire legal looking into the matter. I have given Napier plenty of chances to redeem himself and make things right. He has until September 29 to pay me for the 73 but the title was due a month ago. I gave him plenty of time but now the lies are piling up. I am pretty sure I already lost my 73 to him and I do not want to lose the 45lv I bought from 65swb45. I have not heard a word from Napier this week. I hope he is reading this because all it would take is one phone call. I'll even admit that I am at work so if Napier is too gutless to talk to me, he can call my home number and leave me a message.

**edit** I still have Magoo, the 73 mentioned is, or should I say was, the silver one.

Mike, I missed what happened with the 73. We could go get it witha trailer! I'll be glad to help and I know we can get a trailer.
 
Told me today I would get the title. Didn't happen......he didn't show, won't answer his phone so.......................I did some research instead. I was told the red FJ60 that was there was left by a customer that didn't pay. I'll post just the facts and leave any opinion out. He left it with Napier for engine work. Napier says he didn't pay, so he towed it off somewhere and is going to put a mechanics lean on it. I left a message with the owner to call me. The deadline to complete everything for me and make good on his promises is 9/24/04. I plan on contacting the two legal firms I am represented by if I don't hear from Napier tomorrow.

The '73 has already been dismantled........payment due on 9/24/04.....we will see.

There was kinda rust colored (paint not rust) 60 at his shop when I was dealing with hime. He told me a similar story. Is this the same rig?
 
I have had two calls from unsatisfied customers working with Napier. I sent them both emails with a link to this thread and I'll let them tell their stories. Good times :D

15 days without a call and he is no longer returning voicemails or answering his phone. I hope he is reading this because I am giving him a chance to redeem himself and his business.
