The distant weather outlook is good for Heflin. I hope the place stays dry. From lookin at YouTube vids, it can be a real PitA when wet. I just got back from a wet Cove ride and a wet Windrock ride so this one needs to be dry. Besides, I don't want to get a bad impression of the place my first time there - like Windrock. :/

don't know what weather forecast you're looking at but I'm seeing 60% chance of rain on Saturday. I know it's several days out and things can change but curious if their is a plan B? MM in the rain SUCKS!

guess we can monitor, last time it was muddy, and misty rain till noon, then dried out...

This time of year, the trail is always wet at MM... just means less obstacles to do, are ya'll going hardcore? If it's dry (er) then I'll do Primos fer sure.... but not with 30" tires again...

Word. I was there with the crew from ACC. We were only there on the weekend and I drove the 's 09 4Runner. So I didn't get to do any wheeling, just riding.

This is funny - So I keep checking my weather app to see how it compares to what y'all are finding... Mine now says just partly cloudy for the whole weekend. I know the weather is never a definite thing, especially predictions a week out, but I don't recall a time when it jumped around this much in 3 days. We'll see how it pans out. Hopefully it's good.

That is crazy. The Weather Channel App on iPhone says 50% chance with a high of 64. Going to have to be lower chance for me to drive to AL this weekend.
