FYI not sure if they updated the spring markings for the US market, but my rear springs were a marked application for Aussie right hand drive so the marked DS spring( shorter spring) goes on passenger side.

I had the ome on my last 100 and it was ok but pretty harsh.
It sounds like this should be a much better option.
 
May be my first Black Friday purchase, EVER!
How much lift is one to expect from this kit? I'm assuming 2"?
 
The rears are 80 springs (Toy13B), and you'll get more than 2" Lift in the back on an un-built truck, (unless you have a rear bumper and tire carrier or other added weight.) My pre bumper install yielded about 23.5" hub center to fenderwell measurement which was about 3" over my stock spring. You can get 22.5" + up front but I think that's too much for happy driveline geometry. 21.5" in front is where I settled at.
 
I guess we will see, I will be adding a rear bumper with swingout. I'll get some measurements when I get them on, hoping to end up with no more than 2".
 
I will be ordering the "kit" from MetalTech soon. I agree with the OME stiffness, I ran a kit on my 80.

I second that. Just ordered mine today, 1050 shipped after 20% discount. He said they have 11 kits left. It wasn't listed on the site due to inventory adjustments. They have to cart each item individually:confused:. Great customer service though. :clap:

Thanks I called back and got my order placed. I wouldve liked to have ordered some on sale UCA's or sliders, but will hold out a little longer and search for some sales.
 
Anyone that ordered from metaltech received tracking that shows it shipped?
I ordered mine on the 23rd but tracking still shows that it is processed and ready for ups.
I'm sure they are busy from the sale but curious if others are seeing the same thing.

I received part of an order from them that I ordered on the 25th, but it was small.

Mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow 12/5. Ordered on black friday. Im in Colorado.
 
UPS tracking showing all 3 boxes to be delivered tomorrow by end of day.
 
Received 2 0f 3 boxes yesterday. Awaiting springs, scheduled for delivery tomorrow!

My FCP shock order was shipped and tracking shows delivery next Tuesday. I think they were very, very busy during the sale!
