Everything 100% square. Got the angles and measurements from fj80 chassis I think the hardest part it's over wit. I had never done anything like this so I just went with my pipe fabricator instinct take over and I'm pretty happy with the way this axle fits my frame

I hope you plan to brace those radius arm mounts, but it looks good!

I love this truck but please do something about all that square plating. Ya'll need a tube bender .

Decided to change the top plate on motor mounts to a 3/8 thick plate just because I needed about 1/8 clearance on the sway bar mounts

There you have it world first 15bt h55f, fj80 front axle, 1ton dually frame, 4 door tacoma.
Will need a 3 inch body lift which I plan on fabricating taller body mounts, I don't want 3" rubber I'm putting alcoa wheels and if I still have head room in my home garage I want a suspension lift
Only time will tell. Engine sits beautifully in the Tacoma engine bay although I had to shift the engine forward 1-7/8"
So at this point it's just details paint and body which I plan on doing with the cab off and strip it down to bare metal, engine and chassis also getting a fresh coat
Lots of work still to be done

Making some good progress!

Do you think the rear end will need some more lift?

Yes sir I have to level it out. But that depends on the wheel size I choose weather or not I put a lift kit on it. So yeah. It's going to be a mean looking machine when I'm done. Also cleaning the mounts I built making them look pretty also. Thanks
