Mel, where did you get that.

Thanks Bob.

As Pablo said, search for Piggy Wiggly. Ebay $1.99 + $4 shipping. I also bought one of these vinyl decals, which I won't be putting on HBB. It's for my shop.

I can that too. Though, I have a 350 HP SBC with a 700R4, and it has to be a strait line cuz I don't has da sway bars.

Hey Bob-O!

Sorry, I've been off the radar. HBB is running so well, I haven't been doing any work to her lately. I still have ambitions to repair the body, but have 2x fj40s that I need to finish first. Once those are complete, I'll have some $$$ to throw at the piggy. Can you pm me some pricing on the following?:

both front lower fenders
drivers rocker and piece in front of rear wheel well
passenger front floor board
drivers rear lower qtr behind wheel well

This is one of the 40s I'm working on. It is your basic frame off. Everything is either new or powder coated on the chassis. HBB will eventually get same treatment.

I'll post up the pics as it happens.

Looks good. Where did you get the suspension? Will it fit a 55? I want to replace my springs, bushings, and possibly shackles on my stock 55. The only springs I have found were old man emu/Dakkar for around $1600.
You driven your pig down to Southern Soul in St Simons? I bet it would fit in there.

My piggy came with it's current suspension. The one on the 40, came from a local 4x4 shop. I bought it there to avoid shipping costs.

Funny you mention Southern Soul.... I LOVE THAT PLACE! I just might have to drive up there in the pig, for some Brunswick stew.

I want to replace my springs bushings and pins on mine, but I have not found many options. I have a long way to go, but I should cover some ground in the next 2 months. I like what you did with the steering system and front end. I hope I can do some of that to mine.

Yeah, southern soul is the best BBQ in GA, hands down. I talked to one of the guys last time I was down about their secrets. Nothing hard about great BBQ, just takes low heat, smoke, and time....I was there the day it burned a few years back. I was afraid that it would never be the same....but it is.

In an effort to go back to a stock looking piggy, I'm pulling the big wheels, and long shackles. I've got a set of steelies and caps that will take their place. I need to paint them grey, the white just doesn't do it for me.
