The second picture is a mirror image.
The headrests do not look european at all.more like american or japanese style.
The mirrors are not european.no diesel or turbo badge.this is some homebrew mix 60 .
Doh! Good eye!

Wait, why does the first photo show a LHD drive vehicle and the second show a RHD vehicle? Something very weird going on with that cruiser. Shows all the signs of a HJ61 but no turbo? HJ61 interior and outer styling though.

Good eye @sved , @red66toy, the picture was flipped horizontal :barefoot:,
HJ61.webp
this one is correct

I think some European market 60 diesel vehicles did have the 2h nonturbo diesel while sporting the square lights and look of the hj61. I recently saw a vehicle exactly with the same setup for sale out of Finland. Square lights, new style dash, manual box with stripped interior ( manual windows, single din, etc.), so I think this vehicle is genuine.

On another note, if it's a 2h diesel, it's still a great truck. Just slower than the turbo version, hence why i turboed mine.

This is a very informative thread. I had no idea the HJ60s ran so long. I thought they stopped like the FJ60 and gave way to the HJ61, like the 60s did for the FJ62.

Could the price still be acceptable now knowing it's a HJ60, diesel (no turbo) 5 speed or is it too steep ?

Nice for the Antilles but if it is put on a boat you might make sure it will last there or can they do a engine rebuild at the Antilles (maybe stupid question but you need parts and people)
21k in euros is pretty much to much for a simple hj60, it has some parts that make it look like a 61 but the engine truly makes it a 61 and almost doubles price.
In the Netherlands big diesels, hj60, are worthless because roadtax went from 0 to 2500 euro per year: now only 40 year old is road tax free.
I dont know if antilles is under dutch roadtax law, better not :bang:
As the Antilles are pretty small and flat I would just get a hj60, even 4 speed.
