turn-around is reasonable; second vote for a stickey

I have officially set the price at $80 per door. See #109 and that part is the only one that I cannot disassemble. It is used to stop the Door from opening too far. The price includes return shipping. PM me for shipping address and to get on the schedule.

Ok, I have plenty of bushings on order, and the springs in stock. If you are ready for some hinge rebuilding, send them on. PM me for address.

And it is getting ready to go even higher when you get the second rebuild set back. In fact, this made a junk pig worth ($55 x 8) $440 not counting the scrap metal! Good news!

I realize your not in it for the money, but when you get a set of cores built, I'd throw on eBay with a high reserve and a core charge contingency, just to see what happens.

Have seen a lot of unique, hard to find sales go on that never reach Mud classifieds, so must be some out there that don't participate here.

I need to pick up some spares for my front hinges. A previous owner already did the napa bushing kit (which i believe requires it to be drilled out?) Would rather have factory looking hinges. Plus i already have some nice door cracking that needs to be fixed in the process. When i dig up some new hinges in this next year (xmas hurts the Pig account currently lol) I'll be sending them over to you.

Whenever is fine. I don't drill mine; I think that is a long term mistake.

Here are another set of Delancy hinges that I finished this morning. He gets the hood hinges done also, which makes them really nice and no slop. They are a pain to do.....you hear that Chris??? The hood hinges are a real pain!

I may try that and see if there is someone out there that is not on MUD that is looking. If he pays a stupid price....well, lets just say that he should participate on the forum!

Chris,
They turned out good, but the original paint on them is like powder coating. It does not want to come off, and took some extra time to bead blast.

They are probably the only amby door hinges to be completely rebuilt in N. America. I think you will like them. Did you get the others, yet?

Wonder what was special with the paint?

Scattered across the porch....the ice storm took its toll on the box. Haha.

Haven't had two seconds to check out, since the families Christmas Eve tonight.

Pics of ambi hinges.

Make sure sure you got hinges, pumps, and old Selectra.
The paint was super tough. I had to heat it then sand blast. They look good now. First coat of paint will go on them tomorrow.

Just reminding all out there about what we are doing. No drilling out precious metal. Disassembly, bead blast, prime, and paint...reassembly with new brass bushings. All who have seen our work, please chime in.
