Nice work, looks very well executed. Where did you source materials? Specifics would be appreciated for those looking to replicate.

No wood...aluminum honeycomb; lightweight and rigid. Yes I made the legs from 1"x1"x.125" aluminum; TIG'd together. The adjusters are just 1/2"-13tpi aluminum bolts using push-in style threaded tube inserts.
Online Metals for the aluminum square tubing, angle, channel, etc.; eBay for the 3/4" thick 2'x4' honeycomb panel; MMC (McMaster-Carr) for all the hardware, adhesive backed felt for the channels and 2-part epoxy; paint and PVC from Home Depot.
where did you source your honeycomb panel? I've been looking everywhere...thnx!
@titanpat57, thank you! Right after my fridge/freezer its my most frequently used accessory apart of my Land Cruiser. Well, not including my winch and recovery gear on some trips![]()

. But a table makes a big difference.Do you have plans? Its just too expensive for a resale project as is. No one part of the total sum is expensive per se but the cumulation of all the parts & pieces, bondo, special primer, paint, Formica, aluminum tube, angle, honeycomb panel, epoxy, bondo, etc...make it stupid $.
When you look at the completed table you just wouldn't think it...I'm afraid to add up the actual cost. I did it because I love to fab and also because no one offers similar on the market. The closest is the K9 table from Eezi-Awn...but it just didn't get me where I wanted to be either...
