As you can see, this one is actually quite clean. The auto trans will take a little getting used to but for $800, it was a steal.

I know 
EFI, Auto (kind of sucks I guess, I like manuals), very little rust, 2 year old engnbldr head with some type of stage 2 cam (haven't dug through the paperwork yet) and through further investigation I discovered it has a Doug Thorley header as well Im getting more stoked by the minute......

Oh don't be jealous of mine, it will probably be going through what yours is soon. I want to put a nice bored out lower end in it. It already has an Engnbldr head with some sort of stage 2 cam, and a Doug Thorley header. Im stoked!

There's a guy at work (who lives in Ft. Collins) who's been looking for a runner or pickup in clean, straight kind of shape. It's been a while since I've looked for a 2nd-3rd generation pickup or runner (being that I've got the only one I'll ever need ), but helping him look for one has reminded me of just how valuable they are. Talk about a steal!

I know, the funny thing is I didn't have any more than $1000 to work with so I was just searching around for any beater toy 4x4 at all, very hard to find one that runs around here for that little money. Seems like when they cost $1000 they all need a headgasket lol, like that's the "blown headgasket special" or something. One morning I saw the ad, called the guy, he said it ran, sent him money that day. People really do think these things are made of gold, but only mine is

Well it's still got 99 problems but rust aint one of em . It's got some cooling system issues, which he did tell me about. The radiator cap was about to fall off it was so loose, fixed it with a hammer, started running warm again, pulled the tstat, and now it runs cold. Monday it will be getting a new radiator and tstat.
