A, thanks for the compliment, you are always welcome up here. If you ever want to come up and wrench, paint etc... let me know. If so, maybe you could swing by Colorado and pick up JT, put him in the convoy and we could have a body work, paint and fab vacation. :D

Got a box of goodies from CruiserYard...

Probably won't use half of it now. I'll swap in some of it on the spare cruiser build after Goss..

Magnetman sent me red liner samples, but will be going with the BLACK again! (constant change here until that last minute as usual.. :rolleyes:)

J, I was just looking on fleabay you can also buy them with spikes:D, yep they're on the list

Why not liner the whole cruiser J? I like the middle two the best. Far left seems too orange and far right seems too brown (almost like a burnt umber color - sorry my crayon box is the 64 color box from years of art and oil painting)

Your rig is looking good! My mouth started foaming when I read that you are getting around 25mpg.. I need to quit messing around with the suspension on mine and start saving for a diesel! How do you like the cummins? Does it run pretty smooth?

Mj, the Cummins is nice. Not near as loud as everyone says it is, or at least I don't think so. Vibration is minimal, but noticeable. Power=AWESOME. I am actually on the prowl for another 4BT or maybe a 6BT for the spare rig....

ALL!! QUESTION?? I ran across 4- NV4500s at the salvage here... is 500.00 per a decent price? NP203 & NP205 are plentiful the man said as well.... (just curious on price and availability elsewhere?)

Good too hear! I need to stop spending money on the suspension and focus my efforts on getting a diesel in my rig!

Can't fit the 4bt without the soa, So it's a good thing you did it. You can check out my rig see if you like before you commit to a conversion. I'm willing to bet your gonna commit to it.

I know, I'm at the point in life where I haven't figured out how to balance dreaming vs excepting reality.. It will be quite a while before I'm ready to do the conversion. But it's always good to have something to look foreword too!
