Yea I like the vacuum 4wd with the lever under the dash. Had the column shift but I wanted power steering so that had to go and the floor shift sprouted up.

Thanks for the complements. The quote was for 4 weeks ended up taking them about 8 weeks. They could have done it in the 4 weeks but i think this was a side type project and not their main stream money making jobs.

Looking Good! Hope you and the Mrs. continue to like the color. . . each piece I add to mine makes me happier with the choice. Its always hard to tell from pics but it looks like the shop did a real nice job and left a nice finish. Looking forward to seeing posts about you making it your own and what adventures you undertake!

Fantastic! Do you know how they did the liner on the inside? Was it tinted liner that they color matched or did they spray over the liner with the actual paint?

oh please don't rush them, give them time if they need, mine was quoted 2 months. but i let them finish by 3 months.

Thanks Dave, The color is Ford (2010 or newer) Grabber Blue it is a very close match to your color. I think it is a shade darker. I am going to take it up to Reno this next weekend to show my Dad he has seen the pic`s and is really excited. He has some health issues and going thru treatment so I want him to see it just in case things turn bad for him. Then I will bring it back to the painter and they will do touch up and buff. The liner is raptor tinted which I think they did a good job on a close match. So now I am hustling thru fixing everything that the body shop screwed up during reassembly. These body shops just don`t get many 40`s in there shops and just don`t understand them or I just picky on how I want things done. But as far as the body work and paint they did a real nice job. Now tomorrow i`m going to take her in for some new shoes I`m going with 33/10.5/15 KM2`s it has 30/9.50/15 KM2`s on it now. I`ll post some pic`s of them tomorrow night.

Okay got the new shoes and what a difference!! The ride is so much better and quieter, smoother. It also lowered the RPM`s by about 250 and now I can cruise the freeway at 65 at about 2800 RPM`s
