Hey, you can't update yer sig until you actually install it:D :D

Nice job so far though.

What kinda mileage are you expecting out of it. I'd guess that with a stock rig you could see north of 20 on the freeway.....but yours ain't stock.

The whole chunk....

I can't remember if this has been discussed but where will the new total length of this combo end up vs the oem combo?

The back of the t-case, not including the rear output housing and flange, is 36" total, or 1" longer than the stock A442/HV2A assembly. The rear output flange sits roughly 4 - 5" shorter than stock, so a longer driveshaft will be required back there. The front output flange is within 1/8" of the the stock piece... not sure how that happened, but it did, so I'll probably just have to deal with a flange bolt pattern change.

If I could figure out how to put one of those 6 speeds behind my 2F, that would be KILLER!!!!!

are you going to put this thing in the truck befor the 50th edition Land Cruiser comes out

That plate retains the rear bearing in the tranfer case. The input shaft and bearings are from the FZJ80 transfer case, so it requires a custom rear plate to hold the 80 bearing in place.

Here is a picture if an Orion HD with the normal bearing cap...
