Just messaged you. :-) My membership expired.

Figured it time to provide a couple of photos and a quick review of the CC Bumper installed by Long Range America.

Absolutely love this bumper. Nice clean lines, no obstructions, cosmetically lines up with the LC's factory lines (my opinion), nice and flush with little overhang. The attention to details about winch location, a fully integrated bull bar is a plus for potential animal strikes living in the mountains.

Currently I feel this is the best looking bumper for the 200 series but obviously biased.

Shout out to the Long Range America team for all the help and getting it done on schedule to keep me on the road trip.

Have additional photos for anyone on the fence.

I was watching a Cruiser Company video a few months back on this bumper. Did your bumper come with the plates that attach to the sides of the frame rails and bolt just in front of the most forward portion of the frame? In the last picture, It looks like you have two bolts going across the bumper, but I can't tell if they're for your winch or they're also holding the plates to the bumper.

I like how it looks!

So I got to see Nemo's bumper in person. Unfortunately my wife had my truck, so no side by side pictures.

I will say that it looks better in person (and it looked pretty good in the pics). I think this is a good solution for folks that want something a bit beefier than the Dissent, but don't want the zombo-grinder battle tank look of the ARB/TJM/Ironman.

Try and check one out in person if you can. You know how subjective the looks on bumpers can be.

It does have the plate/s on each side. I did see the video you’re referring to. Don’t have a close up of that area but can i soon.

If anyone is replacing their OEM pre-facelift (98-02) front bumper, I would love to buy your stock bumper, willing to pay shipping!

wrong thread?

Do y'all know of someone on here with this bumper?

I've briefly seen one in person. Looks good. Full replacement, though, which is a con IMO.

It’s bummer both that AFM and Slee have those horrendous ghetto afterthought huge might pockets cut in the front.

Both would be sexy options without those, but those are 100% deal breaker

That is a good looking bumper IMO, but the clearance is a little tight for me given it'd be for animal strikes. No matter how "beefy" they are, I'd appreciate some stand off so when the bumper gets deformed it won't hit the hood, etc. I know this leads to worse angles of approach, but that's a trade off I'd take for the big dogs (white tail) I have that seemingly try and kill themselves nightly when I drive.

Why a con if full replacement? I think it'd be a plus if no cut your existing bumper so you could always go back to OEM. TBF, I didn't read the installation instructions.

Cutting (using part of) the plastic bumper gives a buffer area between the bumper and the fender/grille/headlight. I've seen vehicles with full replacement bumpers and wrinkled fenders.

There's no where for the bumper to go, if it were to bend. This is an even bigger issue with aluminum bumpers like Dissent? and Rival, as aluminum will bend easier than steel.
