I have a ton of restaurant equipment beyond what is listed above. I have an interested party for a package deal. But would entertain back up offers. Most of you have seen my place,,,, everything is going away.

Land Lord issues.....

in all seriousness...if i had land...i'd love to get that donkey!!! I've always wanted a donkey, i'd name it burro. Donkeys are cooler than horses. Nothing better than sitting on a saddle of a burro drinking margarittas.

good luck with sales, sorry to hear about the buisness.

Just from reading your posts over the last year and the fact that you live in Greenville I would swear you are my brother in law. You 2 would get along great. That quote above sounds like something he would say. He goes to a local Mexican place in Simpsonville and orders the largest fish bowl Marg. he can find. Drives mini bikes all over town and in races, loves wheelin' and boating, and just loves life to the fullest.

I just spit cofee on my keyboard.:lol::lol:

Next time I am staying over at his house I'll give you a ring so we can hang out. Should be fun.

That wouldn't be Anita's would it? Great place.

I also have a 2003 honda recon 2 wd, electronic shift, excellent condition, I believe it has around 80 hours and 100 miles... asking $2700. Always stored covered.

Old Town Canoe, stored inside, in great shape, some scratches but nothing too bad, $400, comes with one oar.

Thanks, the business is actually healthy for the tiny town I am in, it is the landlord that is the narcissistic greedy ex girlfriend...... and I can t afford to move next door (built out as a restaurant) or to another building down the street that is already built out as a restaurant.

If anyone wants pictures or more information on my very desirable items for sale, please contact me.

How much longer are you going to be open Bob or are you already closed?.....we loved eating at your place.....hope you're able to open back up soon.

I checked with the HOA and there is nothing in there about not having livestock (the donkey)

if for some reason the trade with the 40 falls through does the donkey come with the 40?

and what kind of top does the 40 have?

We are still open, and the landlord cashed this months rent check (at the current and lower amount instead of the proposed higher amount I cannot pay) so I am here at least until next rent day 7/12/11.. and probably after that...depending on many factors. Thanks for the kind words.

I have come to the realization that in this market/town I can never have the income I desire. So it is not only the increase in rent that is driving this decision. It is the reality that at 43 as a college educated hard working, dedicated, well versed individual, I do not want to wash dishes for less than minimum wage, with a s*** ton of liability and headaches......

the donkey is not a back up power source for a cruiser...:hillbilly:

the 40 has a hard top

Needed, a rear seat, or at least the back of a rear seat for a 60 62, color does not really matter. I pulled mine out and sold it, and now am dating a woman that has a 7 year old child. For us to go camping in my 62, we have to have a rear seat. I'd rather not fabricate something.... though I could.

I have the bottom of a rear seat.

I have thrown probably 3 of these away... d'oh!

Would a rear seat for a 55 work by a long shot?

full bikini top for a 40???

i'm betting no...i'll probably have to go to an upholstry shop and have one custom made.

I want the whole family to stay dry/out of the sun when it's too hot.
