I don't want to tell Trevor's stories, but I don't think he frequents this site much anymore. He posted some pictures of Penny with a very destroyed engine couple days ago. rod hanging out of the oil pan. Seemed like such a solid engine, this is why I tell Travis to get his 60 running and driving before doing anything else. Who knows if something has gone bad from sitting around.

He wrote on FB that he was headed up the hwy 24 pass, the transmission downshifted on a hill and the engine scattered. That engine always had a funny tick in it, as one of Trevor's followers said "Trevor finally found that ticking sound..." Haha. It was built by Ace's engines, I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. Especially after some of the snow runs I've followed it around on-- I don't think Chevy v8's are supposed to run over 5000 rpm.

Selling my Hobart Handler 135 mig welder. I think this is the predecessor to the current Handler 140. I am only selling mine to offset buying a new 220v. Nothing wrong with it and it does very well for a 120v welder. Includes the gas regulator and a handheld welding mask for $350.

I just pulled the trigger on one of these. I think it's a pretty good deal for a "brand name" LED bar. By far the lowest price I have seen.

You're going to love that bar. Great price. I think all of the LED bars are about the same, though this one definitely has a different look to it. Just have to keep the mentality that they won't last forever. Not sure a 1000 dollar Rigid or Black Knight would either. My luck, I'd roll on it, or it'd get stolen. I'll buy 6 cheap lights and throw them away for years before I buy one 1000-1500 dollar light.

Keep the high pressure car wash back a good distance from it, that's how I got water in my first one, blasting bugs off of it. High pressure water blasted past the seals.

How bright are these legitimately? I have seen a few as oncoming traffic and don't think they would pass as fog lights, high beams perhaps. They may have had them adjusted for maximum illumination not oncoming traffic. The only lights I have ever used were the old school KC Daylighters. How much current to they draw?

There's no comparison between an LED bar and headlights, even high beams. I have a bad habit of using the light bar when driving on the back roads-- when I turn it off, it's like I'm holding an old school mag light out the window driving. Or maybe a couple of candles.
