nope, i just checked it. the end grip says 5, the actual shift pattern is 4 speed. that knob came from something else. i'll change it.

Shawn, I'd like to get the intermittent wiper control box and connectors. It's somewhere under the dash, not sure exactly where. We are out for the camping trip, shooting for another weekend. I think I'll make the August meeting, though.

Edit: nevermind, I see the dash is already gone.

dunno if they are the same, probably. If you can get it Shawn, that would be great. I have the '82-'84 dash insert to put in my 1980 v8 troopy, which includes an intermittent wiper switch. I need the controller to go with it.

Dang. The U-pull no longer lists that '76 FJ-55.

Did anyone happen to pull the steering column out of it? Or have an FJ-55 steering column they'd be willing to part with? Before I go calling Merl in Salida for one....
