I want to get 2 of the Scepter fuel cans. Where did you get yours? The place that I bought my water cans doesn't sell Scepter any more.

I've got six extra brand new Scepter 20L Desert Sand color water cans for sale (ordered extra) $20/each.

For those that are not familiar with these, I use them when I go to Baja. They are about as durable as they get. I carry two of the Scepter, and one 5gal jug with a spout, and use the Scepter to keep it full. The only thing I don't like about the Scepter is getting the water out a little at a time. But, that is where the other jug comes in.

I just picked up two Scepter brand red 5 gal plastic jerry cans from my local Murray's Auto Parts which is part of the Checker, Shucks, Kragen network now. If you have one of them locally then can probably source them for you. I paid $14.99 each for them.

The one I am looking for is the first one. The top one is the real deal. The bottom one is their consumer can and is CARB legal. I have 3 ordered (dk green) but the Mil Spec versions are a LOT more than $15 ea. They are not CARB legal so Scepter will not sell them to the US any more. It appears the US supply has dried up.

I have the bottom ones. I can understand why you'd want the mil spec ones though. The mil spec water cans we bought are real nice.

Spotted a blue & primer'd 60 w/arbish front bumper & some kind of lift parked FS on west side of the road to Madrid, around milemarker 15 or 16. on a moto ride w/buddies, so no oppty to get the info on it, but if you're headin that way, keep your eye out for it!
