If nothing else, there’s always the option of draining the tank, pulling the pump hat and wiping the bottom of the sump area out by hand and/or flushing it out with clean gas.

Thoughts on Cunifer alloy brake line distributed by Fed-Hill? I bookmarked this stuff several years back when I was building new lines for the Ford, but went with a zinc-steel line instead. 7 years later this stuff is still on the market...

It's what I used on mine, maybe not better than SS, but a lot easier to bend and flare.
Yeah good stuff but shop around for "3/16 Inch Ni/Copp Nickel/Copper Brake Line" and pay 1/2 of the web site you linked.

Do a Duck Duck Go search for "Homemade brake line tube straightener" if you buy a coil of tube.
Aren't most AN fittings Aluminum now??? Anodized an fairly inexpensive????
Yes but as you know E10 is an ethanol-blended fuel. Phase separation is a real thing and you’ll end up with a layer of water sitting on the bottom of the tank, given enough time the aluminum will start getting the white corrosion and flake off into the fuel. I would be more concerned if the tank was built from steel.
This is a lot less of a concern for Rush with his 5xxx series aluminum that has excellent corrosion resistance but if he was going to try to hedge his bets now is the time.
We used to just dip the parts in phosphoric acid based cleaner then rinse with water then straight into the Alodine.
Guessing if you dumped a gallon of Alumiprep 33 in your tank and sloshed it around for a few minuets it would be good to go.

Put the frame back onto to rotisserie in preparation for painting, hopefully, here within the next couple of weeks.

That's why I live in the country, yee haw!
I don't see much of a problem with any of that, other than it might get old jumping over the rear end to get to the door. However I too know some people who would think you might be the worst guy on the block?
