He didn't give exact dimensions but said it was big enough to the dash bezel. That's next for me. I can't decide to invest in the original bezel for everyone or the one I modified for my use. Either way, it's next on my list.

My initial intent was to do the rear emblem, quarter and pillar vents, and the dash bezel(s) so they could be printed by someone in need at a local shop. I've been looking at a an xcarve to do the bezels myself after the CAD work is done. That would open a variety of materials like ABS, aluminum, and wood. The issues I've had with the vents are the formed rubber gaskets.

You don't need a formed gasket for the vents. I have a great gasket company. They will scan the gasket and then make a die to precision cut the piece.

I can get you those for a good price if you ever get to that point.
