Got the electric pusher fans on. These will only turn on when the AC is on. Should make the AC a little bit cooler on the trail and keep motor temps down a little bit at idle I hope

I think I got the fittings from summit racing, I believe they are parker fittings, not sure which size. I think the hose is parker as well and I got that from Summit too. The return hose isn't anything too special as its not under pressure hardly. I had to scour the forums to figure out the fitting size. I think the hose is 3/8". Downey here sells some pretty nice saginaw fittings as well if you pm him and ask. @DowneyOff topic question for you: What kind of PS hoses are you using and where did you source the correct fittings?? They look great!
Great looking rig, thanks for taking the time to post it all up. Moab sure looked fun this year, sorry to miss it. If you think a 40 flexes once it gets twisted up, watch a Cherokee run those obstacles and their doors and hatches all start popping and won't close. Glad you figured out the radiator issue, nothing like twisty rocks to make the gremlins show their faces.
Did you like your tires in Moab? Most things stick but did you feel like they hooked up well?
That's a good ideaI really like that badge. What if you painted all the red parts to match your blue color?
u have got to be fing kidding me. I had the same thing: Whats the weirdest thing you ever found in your gas tank?Took the tub back apart. B4 I got too far along I opened up my gas tank to see what's been rolling around since I've owned it. It ended up being a locking gas cap lock cylinder. Having that rattle gone will be hard to get used too lol.View attachment 1454828
