Rear seats are done. Got the floor brackets done. Fairly happy with the seats.

For the fuel lines I decided to run them like stock. I drilled a hole where the stock tub has a hole. The aqualu has a square channel here but my drill bit was just long enough to go through the other side. I have some grommets to put down their. I also installed the gas door. That took a bit to get lined up.

The fuel line cover doesn't quite fit. I flipped the 2 pieces around and it fits good and actually doesn't look too bad. I'm too tired to install the front seats so another day I guess.

The aqualu doesn't have a bubble formation on the passenger side floor like the factory tub. So the passenger inner front seat bracket I wanted to extend. Aqualu supplies a spacer but that seemed cheesy. So I took a piece of 1x2 and cut it to match the factory tube. Interior fab is done. Just gotta drill a few more holes. Then Time to pull the tub and apply raptor and lizard skin.

For the hardtop sides, on a previous 40 I had with an aquala tub, I cut off the rounded lip on the inside rear corners of the hardtop sides. This allowed the sides to sit flush on the tub in the rear corners. The aquala tub rear corner is triangle vs radius like the stock tub. My top ended up fitting ok but took some time.

Definitely a PITA and I'm glad the tub was installed by the PO.

Yea it wasn't fun. If I did it again it would be much easier now I've done it once.

Added stainless tie downs for my tool box that goes under the rear seat.

Once tub was off I finished cutting the rockers.

Applied lizard skin ceramic under floor. Raptor will go on in interior.

The raptor is really a great do it yourself kit. Got the trans hump done.

Will Let it all dry overnight. Next is spraying the interior and boxing the frame. Then go back together for the last time.

Underside is all done. I did raptor in the wheel wells. The lizard skin ceramic I don't think would hold up in the wheel wells, it seems to be more brittle. It also seems like it would be tougher to keep clean. I used either 120 grit or 80 grit to prep the surfaces

not funny for the bed liner trouble , but you are doing good to adress this now with a naked tub than later with all things bolt on

i see no rust on that frame brace , i will have to change those on my 42 because they are thin like foil paper
Ha ya I guess for u Canadian guys this doesn't even qualify as rust lol

I bought this cup brush for removing the spray bedliner I screwed up. Supposedly this takes it off quickly. A raptor rep recommended it.

On I side note I bought a 80 series too. I love driving it so far. Been doing a lot of repairs to it. It has 5.29s so it moves surprisingly well.
