Quick follow up - because I bought this from someone who literally could answer no questions originally about it. How would I properly determine what lift I have compared to original?…

I’m assuming it goes something like this: first determine what is original…don’t really care
So then, just measure between what and what? To get an idea 💡
 
The amount of lift you have is due to a few things, that shackle reversal puts the front fixed mounts lower ( quite a bit ) so that generates lift and the springs look to be aftermarket, cant see rear shackles in any pic but I bet they are longer than stock ? Overall it does appear to be 4 is inches upand body mounts look stock. Hows the steering ? looks like it could use 2* castor shims. The bilsteins will make ride as harsh or worse IMO, spend the coin and get Dobinsons, I believe they have a 4" lift shock listed. They are pricey but worth it.
