Not to hijack after hijack off, but... The problem is, there are two schools of thought on torque marks, maybe 3. One is, I torqued it and marked it after to show it. In addition, if carried on to another surface, they will show if the bolt moved AFTER it was torqued, which is what @TYM4FUN is doing here.. The other thought is that is is marked and carried over to another surface after the fastener is run down, but BEFORE it is torqued,. Then the broken line shows it WAS torqued in that case. I have seen different areas of the same factory use different methods and generate all sorts of confusion.Funny story about that, I'm sitting on the Joker ride at Six Flags about six months ago with my daughter (first time for her) and about half the nuts on the back of the seats in front of us had the torque/security paint way out of alignment. I'm sitting there thinking "f*@#, these rides used to be way more fun before I grew up and realized there are a million ways to die"
