Looking for a SWB FHT list like the LV list.

Post up the ones you know of, VIN/frame numbers if you can and year. Country it's in and from would be good too as there are a couple of Australian ones that have popped up lately.

If it has a thread, add that to the post and I'll link it in the list. I'll try to sort them by VIN when we get some. I'd like to eliminate the duplicates best we can. I'm thinking a few of these have been passed around.

One in my garage
mukrak has one
Mine will become removable cab tho kinda dumb on my part but play the cards I was dealt

Cap only a tree had apparently fallen on mine on a ranch in Wyoming

One here in Portland Oregon (mine), and one across the river in WA (sold by my buddy).
Mine is as stock as possible, and if times get much tougher, it may be go up on the classifieds:crybaby:.

nuclearlemon used to have one, not sure if she still does???

another went from Polson MT to mid Washington state. can't remember the mudder that bought it????

I think the Polson one was the one that came from MI. A Mudders gf bought it for him, then he sold it.

negative, this was a few years ago, Myrle found it and was putting 78 running gear on it and finally sold it unfinished.

the other one is Wayne's and he's in the Bigfork area

also remember one rusting away in a Maine wrecking yard, someone posted pics of years ago.

I can add 5 that I know of or owned locally in the last 10 years. I am guessing production was pretty low for the short run they were brought into the us. I bet only a hundred exist today...

I've got a '63 and my son is now driving a '64 I had.

Uncommon for sure.

I have one, pretty low frame number, 2FJ45 13057. Straight and pretty much rust free. Awaighting a bigger garage and a much needed rebuild. BTW, I read on here a while back someone was going to re-pop the back window rubbers for the sliders. Did it ever happen? Located in central Colorado.

Reproduction didn't happen that guy decided to switch to a removable top cab

I have 3 of them. One to hit the road in 2012 , early 1963 model
Ca.

anyone remember the "junkyard dog" purple, I thought it was a non removable top model. it moved with the owner to Hamilton MT area, I just can't remember the owner???? LC shop owner out of CA, who moved to MT.
I thought it was sold 5 years ago, haven't seen or heard about it since.

Junk Yard Dog started out as a non removable and switched to a removable, it is now with Earl Warden's grandson in Placerville
I still have Firefly, a 1963 with a 1967 cab in Camino, Calif.
I have not looked lately but someware on this forum there already is an FJ 45 registry that might help with a non removable truck count. HTH, John Pardi

John, Thanks, couldn't remember, Earl Warden. Met up with your brother in law and picked up some more parts from him.
Paul

It was "Junk Yard Dog" that inspired me to look for my own FJ45 to restore.
Earl had it for sale as Paul said, down in the Hamilton area. Pardion could tell you more about another rig Earl had at the time which from what he told me, used as a parade ride in Hangtown. It was built with two front ends. One on the front and the other on the rear. Earl definitely knew cruisers.
