I picked this up about 12 hours after I got home from the 2013 Southern Cruiser Crawl.

A friend spotted it when the owner pulled his RV out from storage to prep it for a Labor-day weekend camping trip.

That thing looks good Dan. Just what you need is another project.

Nice find what are your plans for it if any?

Interior is in pretty good condition.

I believe the red material is the original seat cover

I think something may be wrong in the speedo cluster.

Few extra holes in the dash but not bad.

Dan, thats an early 45, no hinges on the windshield, thats going to be in the low 10000 vin range, not too many built, even has the early tool box. This would have surely had a stamped bezel as well, let the sickness thrive!!!

Are ya going to drive it to next years Cruiser Crawl??? 10th Anniversary ya know:grinpimp:

It has a lot of potential!!!

Looks Pretty Stout---No Pun intended!

the door latches are the same as my 63 also the center arm bell crank is the same design.
assuming center rear diff also.
it's amazing how all of a sudden one of these turns up.

interesting to see what vin it has.

It does have the centered rear dif.

If I remember correctly, the vin is 13018

My 1963 FJ40 parts rig and my 1963 FJ 40 that is 99% original different stuff on it.

My 1964 FJ 45 was purchased as a project so I cannot really compare it to any of them.
