Well we are kinda slow here and my tech who went with me to look at it complained about the rake as well. Well not so much any more. indexed it 3 splines and got another 1.5" on the right side and will go up 2.0" on the drivers side.

Then hopefully tear my starter out and rebuild it.

<snip>Also not happy with the ride, so I need to think it over. It is pretty harsh and you know it when you hit a bump, not what I was looking for. Ill put some miles on it and see what happens. <snip>

Thats why I run stock t-bars on the '99, rides excellent.

Installed the Infinity door speakers.

put down another roll of ribbon butyle (sp) on the inside of the doors and another new layer of 6mil plastic vapor barrier.

Installed new foal around the inside door handle opening.

Put the Alpine back in till I get the factory one.

Installed all the cleaned switches and I can now say the inside is finished.

Took 11 days.

Also cranked down the front 3/4" and now it rides very well and also installed the spare.

Another alignment tomorrow

Just finished replacing all the exterior and door lights with LED ones. NICE

did you go with LED tail/brake bulbs? I've tried so many different ones and the difference between the tail and brake intensities wasnt enough for me. The "bright" always seemed barely brighter then the tail light. Fine during the day but at night the difference wasnt enough to really catch attention. Did you have the same result? If not, tell me which ones you got!!!!

What next?

- Clean throttle body and MAF sensor.
- Pin 7 mod.
- CB install.
- Replace AC system filters, clean evaporator and blower especially since the truck was neglected. (maybe done w/front vents)
- Add transmission fluid filtration inline or otherwise
- Replace remote battery.
- Order Slee supercharger.
- Check valve clearances.
- Create a sig line with year, model, miles and mods.
- Rear-view camera install.
- [STRIKE]Inspect/test radiator cap. Clean radiator and straighten fins.[/STRIKE] (noticed it has a new radiator)
- Tell us about your tire plans?
- New car smell air freshener.
- Tell us your goals for this rig. Expedition travel, Rock crawling, Daily Driver, Kid Hauler, Tow rig ?
- Check/replace PCV valve.
- Replace brake lines with braided steel or at least new OEM.
- Bleed-flush all the brake fluid.
- D-light LED upgrade.
- Inspect windshield for signs of leaks/bad seals and make sure sunroof and AC drains are clear. Don't want water in that pristine interior.

Yesterday myself and a friend went deep up into the Cascade's till I got stuck and had to use the rear locker and T-case lock. My ass puckered as i was turning around in snow that was deep and hit frozen ruts under the snow. It took a good 5 minutes to get turned around and a whole lot of wheel spin.

Also found this little guy crossing the tundra.....very odd to me.....

nice shane!!!!!! I really want a 100 series!!!

I really wanted an 80 for the past few years, then I drove my friends 100 for the day.

The Lab and I took of over Mt. Hood this weekend to Central OR and I do not drive mileage and I got 12.54 per gal. Was in a horrible snow storm on the way back over Hood :censor: up and over elevation with no issues and never had to fight the throttle, it just went over with no effort at all. Had no problems passing from 55-75 crossing the center snow between lanes.

Dog was all over the truck from one window to the other and really likes sleeping in the back. I went to let her out the back I really confused her as she has been trained to get in one door and out the same, so when I asked her to get out the back as this is her first SUV. She cant get in through the rear as it's a tad to high and her knee still bothers here at low speeds.

My only bitch is to have the ride settle down in the rear, I will ad some sand bags to help out the process, if not I will replace the rear springs with Med ones.

Basically what loud is saying is instead of doing the thing where you put bags of sand in the rear to get better traction, you should upgrade to an offroading rear bumper manufactured by Sleeoffroad, and one of the bumpers offered has brackets to mount the spare tire on the back opposed to underneath the car. The weight of the rear bumper with a spare tire on it will provide better traction in snow
