I figured out the issue and was able to register. One of the posts used an outdated link: Fall Crawl 2023 Registration – Capital Land Cruiser Club - https://capitallandcruiserclub.com/fall-crawl-2022-registration/

I changed it to FALL CRAWL 2023 Registration – Capital Land Cruiser Club - https://capitallandcruiserclub.com/fall-crawl-2023-registration/ and was able to register!
