Great meeting a bunch of you guys this past weekend. Had a blast! Came home with the scars to prove it. Thanks for welcoming my 4Runner in on the fun. I wish I had taken more photos but did get a chance to get some star trails on one of the clear nights we had.

We are definitely doing this again next year, so if you want to ensure a spot, be sure to stay tuned in August 2021 for the announcement and be ready to jump on registering.
Based on the feedback from this year's event, and the fact the event sold out in under 72 hours, I expect next years registration pace will be similar.

Hah! I think you have my orange one from last year, but I didn’t bother asking because I assumed the move would have eaten it.

I’ll bring yours next time I’m out that way.
Oh, I have it... and just forgot it was yours. Otherwise I would have handed it of one of the dozen times I've seen you since.

So, who else is showing up the Tuesday before next years event? Not sure I can get enough Fall Crawl. 🤣

I'm glad someone else feels that way too.

AJ it was great seeing you progress on the trails in such a short time, it was great having you along both days.

As well as the rest of you “new” guys and gal hope everybody had a good time out on the “green “ trails lol

Burl
Burl, it was great meeting you and your daughter. Thanks to you, I learned a ton in such a short amount of time. By the end of the second day of wheeling I was gettin' the hang of it...and also stopped caring about my stock bumpers lol. Researching new armor now. Looking forward to wheeling again with you guys.

The Cove has a very unique and terrifying definition of what constitutes “green” trail... nonetheless despite a near miss on a battery fire (my fault, not the trail’s) getting winched out of a BYPASS and running away from the gnarliest mud pit I’ve encountered so far, this noob will be back next year to do more noob stuff and break his truck in new and exciting ways :hillbilly:

Treat it like GSMTR and go the entire week. Sorry I missed this year (had a slot and all) but family trumps all. I look forward to the opportunity to be there next year for the Great Virginia Mountains Fall Crawl.

I'm on instagram @ajnealey if you want to check out some of my other shots.

I will definitely follow you on insta. Feel free to follow me at bkfj40 for more awesome photography shots like this:

Damnit do I have to get an instagram? I’ve made it this long without one...

The tundra should come with a bigger tank when you’re gonna tow with it. 6.4 mpg doesn’t get you very far down the road on a 21 gallon tank.

Yikes... My 40 did 12.5mpg on the way out and 11.8 on the way back. Given the 300+ lbs I just added to to it I wasn’t all that upset by those numbers.

Great mileage.
1 gallon every 16 minutes when plowing .
Works out to be 4 gallons PER mile.

I got to wheel with you photo guys more! not a single pic of me on the trails or parked...that's what happens when you lead the group I guess.

Red and black trails.....might have to bring the race car too next year! I can swap out every other day or so?!?!?!?!

I had a much needed GREAT time this past weekend, glad I decided to stay Saturday night and catch up with some old friends and meet a few new ones, although I can not remember their names!
