Refurbishing my engine, 4 exhaust manifold studs broke off.
Removed 2, 2 are left like in the picture below.
Started drilling, unfortunately strayed a little off-center.
What is my best option here? Bolt extractors are NOT working.
Anyone has an idea of the threads by heart for when I retap them?

If you've buggered the hole, most likely will have to be drilled and a Time-Sert installed, or whatever is available in your Country. Best done by a Machine shop, at this point.

I wouldn't trust a Heli-Coil in that application for Diesel Exhaust/head

I repaired this exact hole with a simple thread repair kit.. The stud is M8x1.25 thread.. Its not a head bolt or anything critical. Also placement is not hyper-critical, you can open up the exhaust manifold hole a little if necessary, plenty of room to work with. Taking it to a machine shop would need the head off - its overkill, I have no concerns with the helicoil approach, very common for exhaust manifold studs.
