Just did this today with one of the wife’s fancy Fiji water bottles. Cut it in half and it worked like a charm. Thanks for saving me from that cleanup.
Thanks for the tip to you both. I just did an oil change today and once the flow of oil slowed, it did run onto the skid. Will try the bottle method next time to avoid the mess.

Seems appropriate to post here. 😁

You sneaky devil

I just wanna see E&E fulfill his username and develop a turbo kit

Enhanced.
After the first test, I needed to cut another 1/2" off the plastic, I like how easy everything comes apart.

Yes, yes, yes!

A suggestion. For aesthetics and it would give slightly better tire approach angle, you might try a design that angles up a after the grille. It would give a more aggressive "viper cut" look to it.

Loving the 'enhancement' and this looks awesome - the first non-winch bumper I would consider for an LC200 just because it looks bad@$$.

With that said ... any chance you will have a version that would fit a winch, even a small 'rock crawling' winch like the Warn 9.0RC or the Superwinch Scorpion?

Loving the light weight and minimal aesthetic.

I presume this won't have accomodations for a winch or optional winch tray?

I don't know much about winches nor ever thought I needed one, that being said I did look into it. For me, I thought it was going to block too much of the cooling inlets and add too much weight to the front end. I didn't look into different winch sizes and slapped the first model of winch I could find a model for (Warn Zean 10s)

I assumed the winch would sit in this location? Some things would need to be updated for mounting and make sure the structure is strong enough for winching.

Yup, that's about the right position given where you have the floor of the front bumper. Could set back maybe ~1". I have never used my winch for myself but wouldn't give it up now given the number of times I've had to recover friends, sometimes from really precarious positions. Having the most capable rig, along with the most weight to be a land anchor, has been good insurance.

Maybe you can get some context of location from this thread - Overland LX570 Gets a Winch - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/overland-lx570-gets-a-winch.1273535/#post-14239606
