I've been toying with the idea of having a Panhard bar bracket made for my rig, since the front has the Man-A-Fe brackets. How far does your bracket lift the mounting point?

It lifts the mount point 3”. That can be adjusted as much as you want (on our end) to tailor to your lift. First batch is that because it was prototyped on this rig which had a 3” ICON lift package.

Total height gained for this iteration of panhard is 3” (because it was prototypes on this rig that has a 3” ICON kit installed. Dave will soon be trying on his personal rig that has 2” OME springs to see how it works there. Guessing it’ll be fine. After that, will be making versions for taller lifts as well, if there is a demand. Fairly straightforward to adjust the dimensions of that piece.

@RFB gonna do the pan hard bracket, I had one on my sas 4Runner and it handled so much better plus keeps the suspension in the correct arch when it flexes. The tool bag is pretty nice too

so you have to get rid of adj panhard?

Yea you wanna keep standard length so just shorten yours back to stock, but it would also depends how high the bracket lifts with your 6 inch lift you prob need a taller bracket then what is offered ; hard to say till ya do it. Keep your Panhard get bracket then adjust from there. By lifting the axle side you will get a better roll center and is the right way to do it.

Hi Andrew,

You can certainly order one and we will put it in with the next laser order (next week or so). YOU 100% MUST PUT SPACERS BETWEEN FRAME AND BUMPSTOPS IF YOU GO THAT FAR, OR YOU WILL HAVE INTERFERENCE. Will post a pic shortly.

And just because the other picture makes it look like the these don't move the panhard a full 3", here's another shot of it.

Installed my attic brackets a few days back. Pretty self explanatory but once removing the grab handles you see how flexi they are. I had a bit of movement of my attic before but it is solidly mounted now. There are two types of wire rack to use. Ones with the wire running front to back and one with the wire running left to right. Ideally the brackets mount better to the front/back wire style shelf. Ex: Additional Chrome Wire Shelves - 48 x 18" H-3182C - Uline

We put 2” blocks in and that is more than enough. 1-1.5” would work just fine.

The 5” bracket (what we’ve decided to offer) will NEED larger ones. When it’s avaiable we will have that all spec’d out.

Was about to ask the same thing. I lost 1 1/8 inch of up travel already with longer shock body of 4 inch lift shocks, from the picture there is only ~4 inch max of axle up travel. What’s the bump stop extension length in the picture? 2 inch?

Now you need to figure out a set up for the front.

When I went from stock to OME Med on my 97, it handled significantly better than stock except for a little bump steer. Really frustrated that’s there’s no way to correct that on the 80s.

Front Range Off Road has been teasing us with a new ABS compatible high steer big brake knuckle for 2 years that still hasn’t been released.

Rear panhard lift bracket. We looked hard for one of these before diving into the project and came up dry. Man-a-Fre used to make some, but they were on the wrong side and hung down quite a bit, and are no longer available. This product is very easy to adjust for any lift height, just have to make sure your bump stops get dropped the same amount as the panhard is lifted.
